***PLEASE NOTE: Dogs are NOT permitted on any public beaches within North Bay.  This includes the sandy areas as well as the water.  There is a local bylaw and those individuals caught allowing dogs to run on beaches or in the water will be prosecuted.
Dogs are permitted on the waterfront board walks only, and MUST be on a leash at all times.

Would you like to volunteer your time to walk dogs, groom pets, and socialize lonely animals?  Do you enjoy organizing and participating in fundraising events?  If so, consider becoming a Humane Society volunteer.

Please note: All volunteers must be 16 years of age or older.  Anyone who wishes to volunteer, and is between the ages of 16-18 must provide written consent and a guardian signature.  Anyone younger than 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
