Post-Surgery Care
Thank you for trusting us with your pet’s surgery. Here’s what to expect after your pet’s procedure and how to care for them at home.
Pick-Up Time
Your pet’s pick-up time will be provided on the morning of surgery. Please arrive promptly at the scheduled time to ensure a smooth and safe transition home.
Post-Surgical Instructions
At check-out you will receive post-surgical care instructions for caring for your pet after surgery. Please follow them closely to support a safe and comfortable recovery.
If you have concerns about your pet’s incision or recovery, we are happy to recheck them.
Sending Photos
For non-urgent concerns, you can email photos of your pet’s incision or recovery to clinic@northbayhumanesociety.ca This allows us to provide guidance quickly without requiring an in-person visit.
